Buying Limited PayPal's (Only ones that have cash on them)

I'm buying any limited accounts you guys have, What I'm going to do is add one of my bank accounts + send money, claim and cancel so even if they do take the account back, There's no way to get your money. Then delete the bank account.

This is useful for people who don't have bank accounts and want to sell they're limited PayPal's.

YOU Must go first due to ease of getting the PayPal account back.

Must have a minimum of $10 on it.

So do you just need to file 2 claims/cancel or do you just do unauthorized transaction/cancel? I'm just curious anyhow I have a few accounts if you're interested.

 

I'm going to do both just to be 100% safe.
