    The account is probably level 5 or so? I made it about a year ago.

    The only way to get a korean account is by using a KSN, there is no way to register it without having one.

    I'm willing to trade it for a fresh 30, or other level 30 accounts.

    im confused on how this works
    i know that if your in na and you try to play league on a korean server your gonna have shittiest internet because of the distance away from na to korea.
    where do i use the korean acc lol
