[WTB] To Code League of Legend AutoAdder+Messager

Willing to negotiate on a fair price. Need something that looks like this



Will need the source code as well.

This should be using the league api to send messages and delete them off their friend list.

The bot will retrieve an account list from sites. OP.gg and Lolking.net and etc.
Then it will add them via client and send them an automated message, and following deleting them off their friend list.
