WTB Starter Main (RS3GP or PP)

[Neklid]

Im looking to buy a starter main to play with a friend, im looking for a main that has good all around stats I would prefer higher skilling levels then combat. Basically I need a account that has around 1200 total level or 90+ combat. I am open to pures but would prefer a main.

Thanks,
Neklid
