Once a service has started, you are free to cancel it if you are discontent. However you will NOT be refunded if the service has been cancelled.
You will only be eligible for a refund if I am not able to complete a service & I cancel it myself - this is rare but in the event that I am unable to work on your account, you will be refunded for the unfinished experience.
Updates on the service will be provided - however if you wish for screenshots to be taken, you must request this at the beginning of the service.
Any infraction on the account (bans, mutes) during or after the service is NOT my responsibility
You are not allowed to log on the account during service
