Need graphic artist

Hello as title says I am looking for a graphic artist. I need a picture I have enhanced and I need a two word logo made to go along with it. Doesn't need to be fancy or animated, just make it look way better than I have now. I don't want to pay an arm and a leg either, I am just too lazy to do it myself.
