[wtb] Pp Visa/mc Giftcard

[Andymcc]

title pretty much says it all. it just needs to have these conditions applied:

1. must not be registered to a paypal account.

2. must not be registered online.

3. must have a balance of at least $2.00

I can and will pay in rsgp or paypal depending on your preference but i will only go first to trusted members. i do not mind using an OMM at your cost.

I've got one, but it has $40 on it, so I'm not sure if you want to buy a card that big. I'd like RSGP for it, PM me and we'll chat.

Since neither of us is very trusted, I'm going to need an OMM.

It meets all your requirements, and was just recently bought from a Safeway (completely legally, and it hasn't been used or connected to anything).
