Unfortunately I don't think you'd get an account with 450-500 zeal for that : o... You may be able to get someone to do it for you but once the stuff is accumulated it's more valuable than if someone were to bot it for you

 

Better off making the level 3 yourself, that way no1 can recover the account after ^^. I offer skilling/soulwars/firecape/account services.

prices are negotiable at the time.

(i calc'd some prices, for 500 zeal if i charge 53kper (0.04c) its about 26.5M
but i'm willing to charge only 40k per (0.03c) which is 20M for 500)
Normally I make it a better deal but i'll be having to run the bot just on bandages so makes it bit more difficult =P
