    I'm looking for somebody that is from North America and want to que up and derank down to silver 1-2. I would be willing to pay but i think there are other like minded folk looking to get a low smurf account.

    What rank are you now?
    I have a smurf account in which I'm literally throwing every match just to make my teammates rage, but got banned for 24 hours for killing my teammates... If you're down to pass over a CS:GO steam gift/key, I'll throw with you for no extra cost.
