WTB Low Level Pure/Staking Account

[Sad Machine]

Hello,

I am looking to buy a lower level pure / staking account.
Minimum Requirements would be 60 Attack and 60 Strength
Since this is in the 3-69, please don't show me your maxed out pure for $500. I'm looking for something light on the wallet that I can boost myself. Obviously if the price is right then I may be interested in a higher level account.

Pro's / Con's I am looking for -

+Quested
+Low Prayer (If MM is done with low prayer I will pay a good amount of money)
+High HP from Range/Mage training
+Some gold in the bank to stake

-Defence Levels (For obvious reasons)
-Prayer Above 43
-Prayer Levels W/O MM Done

I'm not looking to make "offers" just from seeing the account
Tell me what your price is and we'll negotiate from there if needed.
As a seller you know how much your account is worth to you

Since I am new to this site and don't have vouches I am willing to assist in paying for a middleman. If you are someone with vouches I will not require a middleman and will go first.
