    All I care is that it's level 30. The worse off the rank is, the better.

    I don't want an account with 5000 skins and champions and 14 rune pages. I'll make do with whatever you have, provided the account fits my requirement of being level 30.

    Will only be buying from trusted people. I already got scammed once and got the scammer banned, but I'd rather not have to do that again.

    As stated in the title, the most I'm willing to pay is $12. Just looking for someone with an undesirable account that's looking to make a quick sell, let me know!
