Need these quests done on my HCIM - has 86 agility, a lot of energy potions and full graceful, as well as a lot of teleports unlocked. You will need to gather most quest items, but it also has a lot of them in the bank. All skill pre-reqs are complete.

I would prefer to pay via PayPal, but can pay via OSRS GP if absolutely necessary. I would prefer someone who can utilise multiple workers to get the order done sooner.
If you are worried about fighting any NPCs as part of the quests and hence risking the HCIM status, I can log on and do the fights.
