Just from the description I can tell what this is, it is common knowledge among botting sites and there are even public bots aimed at exactly this.Please don't buy this guide from him. It is selling items to the General Store on Karamja with the updated task gloves. It gives you a higher than arch price in coins for selling them, reddit thread here and the bot here

 

From what I can tell he is not selling a guide^ He is simply looking to pay a scriptor to make a private bot. Just to clear that up at no point does he say he is selling guides. Anyways good luck
