WTB FULLY QUESTED ZERKER

So the title says it, I do NOT want to buy a fully maxed zerk as I currently cannot afford one.
I do wish for the account the be fully quested (lunar diplo done as well). The account needs to have 60 attack or lower, I'd prefer 42 defense but 45 is ok as well.
The account does not have to have any combat stats of 90+ I am ok with levelling the account. My main goal is to get a zerker or rune pure that I do not have to quest. I'd prefer at least 80 str range and mage on the account. 52 or less prayer is also ok.

Looking to spend less than 120m on the account so hmu.
