Buying iphone 4/4s 16/32gb

As tittle says i am looking to buy iphone.
I don't need any locked phones to carriers, which means it must be unlocked of usage to all networks on the world (Factory Unlocked)
Full packages (earphones,charge,usb cable) is preferable but i can take those without earphones
Prefer white color but i am fine with black also
Lower price win !
Not looking for any scratches,broken or that kind of phones ! Looking for new or in perfect condition.
I can pay via RSGP,PP,WU and i am more than willing to use OFFICIAL middleman.

The phone must be shipped to europe and the shipping fees are under 24$ from usa/canada. If u live in Europe,they will be even lower
