Considering I'm not looking for champs etc its not. I just want the tier.

 

Tbh no account with platinum would be for under 50$ because the highest is gold by playing your placement matches and from gold-platinum it would cost over 50$

Anyone selling a platinum division account for 50$ would be likely a scam.

Even if you dont care about champs ect, you would need 10+ champs if not 20-30+ as well as having some skins if you have a platinum account.
