its not tradeable like any other game after you buy it you must wait 3 months for it to become tradeable (they introduced this feature to stop trading of carded gifts)... its not possible to buy csgo yet so its safe to buy non-tradeable gifts

btw im offering one for 40€, tell me if youre interested, we could do it via skype
