Here are my requirements:
* Region: EUW ONLY (I am not interested in EUNE or any other regions).
* Price: Looking to pay around $2.50 - $3.00 USD per account since I will be buying in bulk on a regular basis.
* Warranty: You must provide a lifetime warranty for botting bans (instant replacements if an account gets banned for botting).

I would like to start with a smaller test batch (10-20 accounts) to verify the quality and ban rate before moving on to larger, regular orders.
