Looking for a skiller that has 99 thieving

I want a skiller that has 99 thieving. That is all. I want to be able to verify the purchase with an admin and make sure that the account cannot be recovered. After last time I got an account from someone named Kieran Wadey, and he stole 250$ from me deleted me on discord and change the account info after giving me all the wrong recovery details. Not to mention the fact that the account was in my possession for a few weeks after I had gotten it.
