Wtb a Steam Account

[Ash Ketchum]

Hey Sythe users, I'm very interested on a buying a Steam account that has no VAC bans and the name aliases must be short, i don't want a lot of names changed in the account
The Steam account must have ONE of these badges these are some examples

The account must not have any game badges. I just want year and sale badges.
