Re-Appealing a false Ban evasion ban.

I've been told by 'Ardy' to re-appeal this again because I honestly find it unfair how I've been held responsible for scamming $100.

    The initial scam report:
    http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1721873-boosting-hell.html

    The Story and my explanation:

Around 8 months ago, I posted on rune-server.org as a friend, as he was banned on that forum. He basically asked me if I could post as him, and post his Skype so he could receive help with his Runescape Private Server as he was banned on rune-server. Without seeing a problem with this, I didn't hesitate to help a friend and posted for him. 8-9 months later (now), I have received a ban for ban evading as I posted his Skype claiming it was mine, but realistically, I posted his Skype claiming it was me simply because if I put that I was posting for a banned account, nobody would be willing to help him. Please note that I did not post in any marketplace forum, and it was simply a 718 RSPS help forum, therefore the possibility of a scam was next to none. I would also like to point out that at this time, I had no idea that my friend 'Siilentalk' was banned on sythe, and in all fairness I had never even heard of Sythe myself until around 2 months ago when I asked a friend where I could buy RSGP, and he replied with "sythe, lots of legit sellers", this can be backed up with my vouch thread as I have bought around 100m 07 (Legit trades) in the past 1-2 weeks.
Another point i'd like to make is the fact that I made many, many posts on rune-server enquiring about my own personal RSPS, which was named "GamblerScape" and always used my one and only Skype "Chaddyswfc". This is also the Skype used on my rune-server profile, which also suggests I do not have any other Skype account.

I have already posted a Dispute a Ban thread and it was rejected, and the only choices I were given were to-
1] Pay back the 100$ that the person I have apparently ban evaded scammed.
2] Post a 'Pardon request' which I have no intention of doing as I didn't commit the cscma
3] Provide solid proof that the Skype account I posted 'as mine', even though it was for a friend, is not mine.

I feel like I have been harshly 'dealt with' and not given any lee-way to give a dispute and I feel harshly done by for something that I have no interest/involvement with. The choices I were given were truly outrageous and in my opinion, completely unrealistic towards somebody who hasn't committed a single offence.

Putting my scenario into a real life context:

If a paedophile messaged a little girl via Skype, and the paedophile's skype was posted by one of his friends on a forum 8 months before the incident, the police can't accuse the guy who posted 8 months before on a forum for being this man because of 1 single post to help his friend, it simply would not happen. So why should it happen here?

Hopefully you can see my side of the story and take it into consideration. How was I supposed to know my friend was a scammer on Sythe 8 months before I even knew what Sythe was? Come on now.

Re-Appealing a false Ban evasion ban.

I'm going to apply a Trade with Caution rank and lift your ban. Apart from that one skype match I don't see any proof to connect the two accounts. Please note that posting people's Skypes for them and claiming that they're yours (rather, omitting that they are not yours) is against sythe.org rules.

    Welcome back.
