Wrongfully banned and not allowed back on?

This time i'll go into a little more detail... Kingkefe who is a known scammer i'm sure as i've seen a crap load of threads about him... I didn't know about this at first.. basically, We got a VMM named "Zuzel" to MM this trade and so he did. Trade went smoothly blah blah till then I woke up one morning and kingkefe forced a claim onto me and Zuzel then told me he scammed 2 other people and it's 100% recommend to try and get my account back as quick as possible before Jagex won't let me.. So I did that then I saw he had lost the case, before I could even attempt to get in contact with him he had blocked me and ddosed me.. I was then told to keep the account and post on his thread that he's a hacker, honestly. the account had 20m+ on it and was sold for $45 not because of the stats but because of the wealth and a free crap pure basically.

I know theres a 6 month wait.. but I honestly really and truly don't think it's fair for me to get banned over something like this.. he hasn't answered my skype for months and he never will as he's got like 20 + skype accounts that he scams from..

please can I have one last chance I promise I would not do anything as stupid as this again..

 

If he lost the case, then you can't recover the account back as well. I'd be happy with you sending the funds you won to him and keeping the account instead IF you can't get in touch with him.
