  I have been quite interested in upgrading my account for a while, as anyone could tell if they looked at my profile or my Skype recently, and this account seemed like a good deal. I was hesitant to buy because he was new and the price was quite good, he was willing to change his price to ~100m. However, when I went on the account, I took too long to buy the gold, and while I was looking I fell asleep. I'm not going to lie, this is a dodgy explanation, but I don't really have anything else to say. In hindsight, I made the mistake of not buying my gold before the transaction, and we should have used an MM as they would have been able to sort this out.
  
  Did I scam? Yes. Did I scam intentionally? No. I agree that I am still responsible for this, but if you look at my vouches on this site I truly don't remember having a bad trade. I've tried to remain as legitimate as possible on this site, and to me, it would be a real shame for me if I was banned for this. What solutions are there? I am truly sorry to Farshad, as from his point of view, this would have felt the exact same as a scam.

He has recovered the account so there is no debt left. However, attempt of scam (which you're disputing) warrants a perm ban so will discuss asking other staff members opinions. I just want an answer for the above first please.

No, I did not expect to fall asleep so soon. When I woke up this morning I messaged him, but all he responded with was "Yeah right", which is fair enough.

Also, can you show any evidence of you trying to buy gold?

What sort of evidence are you looking for here? I was going to use Realist Gold. The only proof I could really think of would be my previous purchases from here, as well as a statement of some sort proving I have enough real life money to afford the gold.

Also, I'd like to spotlight the fact that I basically had full control of the account (he didn't have an authenticator setup, and it was registered to my email). If I had wanted to hack this account, I'm pretty sure I would have been able to steal it.

Nothing much happened. He wasn't online, and I didn't really expect anything that would have helped the situation by discussing this with him. Below is all that has been said since the incident.



After saying "Yeah right", he went back offline.

No, I think I may have added 100m to my cart, I'm not sure. I definitely typed 100m into this box -
