Cant really stop LoL boosting unless they make each account playable by a single IP/Hostname and or you register with a few if you have a dynamic IP prior to starting the game. Would just put off new players though, so highly doubt it.

 

I knew this would happen someday :/, Sucks but O hope it won't happen to eloboosting. Rito is following Jagex tactics (similar to the war against bots) and this will result in a big loss from them.

 

Be careful with the referral boosts, you can easily get banned!

I had 150 done on my account and was a-ok, just bought another 100 though lol so time will tell. Wanted to get it done before they nerfed so I have plenty of ip to spank on runes.

5 referrals will only get you 5K IP and the two skins. You can't get any of the 20k+ RP and IP anymore.
