Donations.

Realistically, someone needs to help out FireZ. Even if he may say he has it covered, he has a ridiculous job to do by himself. The sad part is, I constantly see people flaming him to "Hurry up", or "ANSWER MY PM!". He is doing RSGP donations alone (From what I know). As I see it, there is 2 options. Firstly, which I don't exactly think needs to happen if FireZ doesn't want it to, is another member of staff step up and help him out. Secondly, which should SURE AS SHIT happen anyways, is people should CALM THE F*** DOWN and let FireZ get to you... Your donation is not a priority in his life!

Sorry for this little rant, but I've seen 1 to many FireZ flame. So again, I am suggesting either another member of staff step up and help him, or start temp banning for staff flaming...

 

i agree, just got my $100 donater rank today after almost a week but i didnt mind i knw FireZ is busy. so id suggest another staff member help him out with donations even if it was someone to sell the RSGP donated to give to matthew so like

FireZ collects RSGP

FireZ informs other staff member

That staff member sells it then reports to matthew

idk but just some thoughts.

It would be nice for him to get some help since I think gp donations are a great option for many people, myself included.

Anyone pestering firez or rushing and spamming pms needs to settle down. I could understand if you are a scammer and want to get that title as quickly as possible, but otherwise there is no need. If you are legit then you're going to be on sythe for a long while, 1 week for a title won't kill you.

 

I won't be needing/getting any help.

Anyways I get bombed with pm everyday. I did manage to get 6 more users donations in today though. My sleeping hours are weird and it throws me up on nightshift more then during the day. Also I have worked nearly 160 hrs in the last 2 weeks alone.

Going to delete 900 pms later today when I wake up so I can get to everybody and get caught back up

 

160 hours in the last 2 weeks = soooo much work. And I know you don't want help You already do way more work then expected, so it's just kind of annoying when people flame you to hurry up

Anyways, if you don't want help that's alright, but don't hesitate to ask if you do. By the way, shouldn't this give you a rank like 'head of RSGP donations'? I think you deserve more appreciation for all your hard work.

I like the suggestion, but if he doesn't want help, don't force it upon him. If he thinks/knows that he can cover it, there is no need to insert someone else into the equation.

 

I think Sythe is missing out on way to much money, if there was another trusted staff member doing donations the amount of RSGP donated a month would increase by atleast 30%. So many people get impatient and decide to donate later, or not at all. Not saying FireZ is doing a bad job or anything, but it is alot for one person to handle.

 

FireZ puts in a lot of effort around here on sythe. He has LOTS of reponsiblities as well as running his own services/donations/omm'ing/and putting so much hard work into the report a scammer and dispute sections.

People just need to calm down and realize that he will get to you as soon as he can.

 

I think Firez is good on his own, Hes pretty fast i donated yestorday took less then 5 minutes.

This is the biggest blackmarket site, another Moderator helping wouldn't hurt. Also, does anyone know the conversion for donating RSGP into $$$?

 

He no doubt does amazing at what he does, it's just not exactly fair that he has to deal with hundreds and hundreds of PM's, and flaming from noob members

This blackmarket is very huge, and with each staff member being assigned with different jobs it can make things kind of hectic and slow.

 

FireZ is a big man, he can handle it himself.

 

FireZ can handle it, I don't think he'll ever be too backed up.

 

Patience is virtue. He's old enough to figure out whether if he needs help or not.

 

I have 5 of the next 8 days off from work, should be readily available quite a bit
