    Even though I am a fellow New Zealander, I really cbf to see it. LOTR was the 'pride' of Nz movie industry for some time but I just think it had no replay value whatsoever and the storyline was unneccessarily long.

    Why should it matter that it was filmed in your country of birth?

    Also, have you read the book? It's not that long.

    I personally can't wait to see it, but, hate the fact that they release the trailer a year before its actual release.
