    paypal help

Hi..so I was selling my acc for $750 and the person who was buying it said she sent the money to me. She posted a screenie on my other thread saying she sent, the email that she sent it to was correct but the name was not. It said she sent it to a person named Tim J with my email. I'm not sure if it was photoshopped or what. I never recieved the money. My bank is verified and everything..if that matters. And the person who I was selling the acc to said it was a paypal glitch. Has anyone heard of these glitchs? And also..if you guys have msn.. When I gave her my pass and told her to send the money she "logged" off msn. I thought she blocked me so i quickly changed pass so yeh.. But she claims that she did not block me and that her msn dc's her. Does this happen to anyone else? Her internet did not disconnect it was just her msn, she says. And I know that her internet did not disconnect because she was on my acc for a good 3 hours or so..
So yeh..if you guys could answer those 2 questions for me. Thanks

I highly doubt that her msn would disconnect but her internet wouldn't, especially right when you finished the trade. You first off should have told her to Claim & Cancel.

I would suggest you gather up any screenshots you have of the trade and post them in the Report A Scammer section.

No, no one has heard of these glitches and they are obviously a poorly executed attempt at scamming. Since its with such a large sum of money, you should contact paypal by going to their support page and explaining the situation to them.

Well I have the whole conversation saved in a file, and I have contacted paypal but that didn't really help me much. It made me go through this live chat with a bot, and I called the number they gave me and it was just a machine, so it didn't really help much.
And I just found out today that she has done this before :/
Thank you for confirming that these are in fact attempts to scam.
