    Simple trig question

    I figured out my original question.

    Since I've made a thread anyway, I was wondering if anyone could help me prove the following trig identity:

    LS=(tanx-tany)/(cotx-coty)

    RS=-tanxtany

    I haven't done them for over a year and I can't seem to figure this for the life of me.
