Writing A Propper Scammer Report
First off all, I'm seeing allot of those stupid reports where all its got is a screen shot of the conversation.

Here are some tips to help out the people who are doing scammer reports to get the other person Banned, or dealt with.

Most people already know this,

For the title of Your report Put
"[username here] is a Scammer

To Open the Report Write a exactly what the trade was,Link to any of their threads which relate to the trade.
e.g.

"Billy was buying a level 200 account for $100 in paypal, Billy decided to go first"

How you got scammed/How they attempted to scam etc

Billy gave me the money in paypal, and i gave him the account , then he changed the password and chargedback the money

Scammer's Msn: [email protected]
Scammer's Sythe username

Your Msn: BLAB BLA


Post Proof pictures, Its recommended that the pictures aren't Jpeg so they look less "Faked" Also I suggest for easy screen shot taking. Use Matthew's screen shot taker.

Also remember, Text logs aren't accepted as proper proofs against someone.
