Nothing you can really do with it, like ChristmasCracker said, you can't bring items into the game or modify monsters or something..

 

This is legit, I read about this a week ago on a website dedicated to this type of behavior.

Its perfect for finding glitches (Most likely the best tool at this date)

However there isn't any direct benefits attached to it, unless your creative.

 

nice i been using the zoom for dunging , honestly it helps a lot, I've always wondered what the blue screen was when i accidentally opened it

 

Jagex will most likely take action and take out the developer console somehow in the future for public as they should in the first place

 

I tried it and it didnt work

Maybe the zoom could be useful for getting a fire cape?
