    wow problem need help!
    I have a GIANT problem. I am at the last patch but have about 9gb of memory.... for 4.1. I've already uninstalled just about everything I can.... Do you have anything I can do?

    9GB? You should be fine downloading the latest patch. And if you can do a disk clean up / disk defragment and delete programs you never use.
