    First question, I may need to charge back for an account I purchased. I up front told the seller that I would buy the account via normal payment option. Then I would test recover the account, and if it didnt work, I would decide against completing the trade. The information he gave me failed the appeal in all categories. I have spoken with him, and now he is trying to get me to download some file for the information.

    Point being, in the event that the information is not correct again, and he refuses to refund, what is the best way to open a dispute for the funds? Any keywords or phrases that paypal looks for to make the dispute more likely to succeed? Considering this is my first chargeback in 130 vouches worth of trades, I have no idea how to do it effectively.

    Second question, I recently traded an amazon gift card for some RS rares. I purchased the gift card, and had it sent to his email. For some time after the purchase, it was listed as an open order, and "unsent". Now when I go to my history, it is not listed as a pending order, or even a previous transaction. The buyer claims that he never received the gift card, but if it is not under pending, how could he have no received it? (assuming it was the correct email, which I verified twice with him before sending).

    Regarding your paypal charge back please add me on MSN and I will tell you how to dispute it as I would prefer not to post my "method" openly for others to use. As for the Amazon giftcard, when you send one amazon does not deliver the claim code until your CC is charged, and for some this can take up to 10 minutes. If the card failed/ is going to fail the user will usually not receive the email promptly, and the sender will receive a denied CC payment email in 24 hours. If it is not listed as a sent order, or does not have it canceled, I would check your card statement to see if it was sent, and if not I would resend it with him and contact amazon if you feel the need.

    Good call on not posting the dispute method, didn't even consider that.

    And I will go and check the card statements and possibly call amazon to clear up the amazon issue.

    Cause I am telling him that its more important to pick your business than to do some random who will recover the money 10 minutes later idiot.
