In this post he is asking for accounts over lvl 100+. However when i offered him a lvl 100 account he said he would rather have rsgp cash so I said I have got cash in high crater and he was fine with it.

So why would he need a level 100+ if he already has 1 to get into high crater to do the deal.

I didnt trade with this guy due to him not going first/having no vouches.
