Black Ops Nerfed Quick Scoping!

Anyone else outraged?

 

Yes. Although having no snipers at all would have had the same effect, it's basically just annoying.

 

It's more like they've nerfed sniping in general, sniping sucks in that game.

 

tbh this game fails for much why would you add recording when people wanted to recording to record quickscopes and trick shots because shitty jd this its childish sprayers are sad quickscoping only thing on that game thats skill.

 

It's unlike quick-scoping was that big of a problem anyway..

 

Honestly, you can still quickscope, its just harder. You have to use a variable zoom scope and just zoom in once or twice.

I was excited when I heard they got rid of quickscoping, but lost the excitement when I realized sniping was completely worthless as of late.

 

Above poster is correct. It's possible to quick scope if you get a variable scope, just is a lot hard and probably won't be any "quick scoping matches" anymore.

 

They didn't nerf quickscoping, they nerfed sniping.

 

Yeh its just annoying, because I dont really quickscope all that much, I just go like to take faste rshots then sitting there and camping.. idk why they did it.

 

I was pretty outraged when I noticed, but then I just switched guns and kept going, even though they did remove it, it's a pretty good game

it's retarded they have these commando knifes and second chance bullshit. no matter what anyone says quickscoping is dead now. also that variable zoom crap don't work either cus if you shoot within 2.5 secs it counts as a no scope.

 

Rejoice, LT+RTers, Treyarch plans to patch sniping because of the copious amount of community feedback. Maybe sniping won't be completely useless.

 

The only thing they accomplished by nerfing quickscoping is limiting the community. If you look at how many montages and other videos there are of mw1 & 2 compared to WaW, you can see the difference.

 

I honestly miss MW2.

I miss when baddies used to QQ when they got hardscoped.

And still talked shit when they got QS'd.

 

All i used to do in MW2 was quickscope.. this ruined the game.

The only thing worth watching is quick scoping and crazy trick shots. So it was stupid to add the video recorder and then nerf quick scoping.

All I really did in Call Of Duty was quickscope. They didn't just nerf quick scoping, they nerfed the entire sniping concept. I'm sticking to MW2 and COD4 where I can still quickscope.
