Combat Plan

Hello everyone

I started RS07 recently and am training Attack, Strength and Hitpoints

Over the past few days I managed to get 38 hitpoints, 40 attack and 44 strength at Al Kharid warriors and I'll likely stay there until 50 attack and strength.

The problem is I haven't played in so long I've forgotten all the good locations to train, I need places that give decent locations (I don't necessarily need drops I have enough gold right now) of things that give decent exp.

In short, I need a combat plan from level 40-80 for Attack and Strength, disregarding defence and that includes quest-able exp which doesn't include defence.

I used to kill rock crabs at the Waterbirth island. If you stand in the right spot there's 3 rock crab spawns around you. So, when you kill 2 rock crabs the 3rd already spawns back. And the method is pretty much afk-albe. When they stop attacking you just rock abck and forth a bit and they should be aggressive again.

I think it's definitely worth checking out. I hope there aren't many people training there.

Probably about 10-20k/h with your stats

 

I have always done rock crabs. This is fast exp in some cases, but as there are a lot of people training there it does drain down what you could actually make XP wise, another place is experiments if you haven't tried that. At your level, I'd recommend sticking with crabs until say 60att-70str? as notsoscary said, that seems to be a good idea, I hadn't heard of that until now so thanks for the tip also
