WoW Account, read inside please

Ok so i was just on the email i use for spam, and i noticed someone made a world of warcraft account with my email, it was a pretty easy password to guess but i just changed the password to the email.

could i get the account from blizzard with just the email?

 

You must have the answer to the secret question.

 

they will ask secret question/ full name and some personal info.. info you dont have!

 

Just call them up, they'll get it back for you.

 

You say 'Get it back for you' it was never his, he is saying that someone made a 'account' with his email. Did you even read the thread?

By the way though it is probably not a account in your name it is most likely a phishing email. They sort through the WoW section of this forum if you have ever posted in here trawling for email's. They would then have sent like "Your password has been changed go here <Phishing Link>" so you would enter your details. I highly doubt someone would have legitly made a account in your email it make's no sense at all.

 

Yeah, I dont think that Blizzard will send links in their emails anymore.
