Pandemic - Falsely banned.

I made a thread about 6 months ago, nobody replied, and it was randomly moved to the archives. Here's what it said.

I was falsely banned by Darkboob for "scamming" and he seems a bit too stubborn to unban me.

Anyway, here's the deal.
Last night me and Sharcoth asked him to MM for us, everything was fine and I sent him the 22.50 fee first, and then for some reason paypal completely stopped letting me send fees.
I tried my hardest for like 10-15 mins and we did everything to get the rest of the payment through but no luck at all.
I gave up, and said we'd have to do the trade another time and everything seemed to be good and I told Dark I was getting off and it was all good.

My dad asked me how the trade went and I said it fucked up and the MM still had my money so my dad goes on his paypal and all that and now I'm banned for scamming $22.50 back because the trade didn't go through?
I talked to Darkboob, but he insists if I can't pay the rest of the money he still gets to keep the fees.
Which I believe is alright I guess, he said if I could pay up he'd unban me.
Problem is, I can't even log on the paypal because my dads not here, and even if I do my dad probably wouldn't let me unclaim the money.
Also, I couldn't even send him the money because my paypal has been fucked which was the main problem anyway.

I offered Darkboob a lot of stuff, all worth over 22.50 to pay in replace of the money. I offered him a Runescape account, worth well over $50, it had a rare name, bunny ears, green mask, etc.
I also offered him steam accounts, WoW, Guild Wars, a 1 year rapidshare account, Huxley CBT account, fuck the list goes on with stuff I would've been willing to pay him.

Nope, he denies it all demanding only money.
It's not like I intentionally scammed? I don't even know if it can be called a scam.. but seriously I've been registered since around when he was and I've never had one complaint against me, and I'm close to selling my 135 with 2300 total and 18 lvl 99s aswell so this is a real bad time for me to get banned.

Anyway, discuss?
I'd really like to be unbanned.. I'm doing everything I can to pay it back to him. If staff wants to buy something I listed for 22.50 LOL that'd work..
