I'm not sure how much I would pay, but I'm guessing around $3-$5.

This is true. Not sure what method you're speaking of (please do share), but you can easily bot up 65+ agility, 57 summoning, 44 RC+, skill requirements for Lunar Diplomacy and do the quests within 1-2 weeks of botting/questing and be making 650k/hr+ doing double nats (91 RC).

A lot of people prefer sorc garden, because it's easy to start, but in the long run, RCing is better.

I have 6 runecrafters which I started from level 3 combat, all getting 600k/hr+ each and 2 sorcgarden bots getting 250k/hr+ each.

I'm a level 3 (Pro Skills though) and I can make up to 10m/hr merchanting.

Wothout merchanting I can still make 600k

Ps. I don't bot, I use GOP

Level 3s cannot do Lunars. I'm not doing RC, and i'm not telling anyone the method. PLEASE drop this subject, it's completely off topic.

Well if they only have 65 thieving and done 1 quest they'd be practically worthless. I'd pay like 2-3 dollars each, if that.

It doesnt have thieving. It's just an account with prince ali done.
If it did have 65 thieving, how much would it be worth?
 
I know, I'm just saying it's what I'd do. Anyway, those accounts would barely sell for anything, and it would be hard to sell more than a few at a time. If you do decide to go through with it though, good luck :).
