Giant Spider Training

So I am in the giant spiders in the security dungeon botting right now, but I am only getting like 32k exp per hour for defense which really seems on the low side considering most places say 40k+. It is just me and 1 other guy there, so no competition. My stats are 75 att 60 str 67 def and I am training my def to 70 then going to buy a SS to train my strength here. My current equipment set is dragon med, glory, granite plate, d legs, obby cape, dragon boots, obby shield, whip. Any tips on maxing exp/h here?

 

Giant spiders in p2p almost give the same xp as they give in p2p.. I dont really see a huge difference. :/
U better train on some other NPC to get more xp in p2p

 

It's a 10k exp/h step up from the moss giants, even though I get charms at the moss giants. I am just trying to get everything up to 70 at the moment.

 

giant spiders are only good in f2p... go to giant banshees with salve amulet... 100k/hr+ xp

 

Also while you are at it, suggest fishing training for 77 - 99 fishing. Think I may go for that soon.

 

Try armoured zombies with salve ammy (e). Even with your stats u should get 60k+ xp per hour. Easy quest requirements too

 

77-99 fishing is fastest fly fishing... just fish and drop... fastest xp

 

You need to do defender of varroc... and theres lots of quest requirements for that

 

Salve Amulet + an undead monster whether it's Ankous, Skeletons (Any Level), or Banshees.

 

I've only done 3 quests, I am not planning on questing until winter break in about a month and a half.

 

Here's the deal with spider training; anytime you trin here, which i did for 92-99 atk on my barrows pure, you're going to get EASY training, which ensures a steady flow of XP. youre not going to have one hour of training where you get 75k xp, and 20k the next. 30k/h is good because its consistent

 

Try using attack and strength potions, I always train with those as it helps improve exp p/h. It's possible that your character just isn't hitting often enough too and so the exp is slow.. because your stats aren't very high at the moment.

By the way, are you botting or training legit? I just have to ask, because the gear you described made me laugh because its that classic bot setup that you see everywhere
