i just moved and it says my ip is banned

dear sythe moderator's my ip address has recieved a ban for reason's i do not know of i have just moved from scottland to southern england 3 weeks ago and i use to be a member of sythe about 8-10 months ago and have since then forgoten my username and password and i wish to start up tradeing again since the free trade and wildy update, i have just got my internet set up with virgin media and when i went to register it come up with the ip ban and the user (rh11 bewbush) which is part of my new area code and the area of crawley i have moved in to so i dont know what to do all i know is i want to start trade build up my reputation possibly by doing a few free questing or powerleveling order as good faith and get into some fairly decant trades i would like to thank you for you time and hope this problem can be resolved in due course
