    I sold on playerauctions and the buyer tried to rip me off by putting no delivery. The dispute got escelated and I sent forward my proof, me and the buyer had our little dispute over email through PA Manual Arbitration email in the middle of it all. And then a week later the emails stopped and nothing. When I email them they just say they are investigating the matter or anything along those lines but they don't look like they are doing anything or ever intend to. The dispute has been in the pending stage for 5-6 weeks and I haven't had any contact or seen any change on it for 3-4 weeks. The buyer was a bit of a bigshot with over a thousand feedback and the value of what was being sold was considerable. I think playerauctions know I am right but don't want to upset their big member by putting dispute in my favor because it rightfully is. What can I do about this? Has anyone else been in this position?

    Possible contact them they usually can fix any problem ive never had a problem with them handling my funds or anything like that but ive had some glitches with the system as far as when my delivery goes through and my payments but all of it gets fixed in little to no time.

    Doing live chat now. They just ignore my emails and I don't know what I can do. I've given my gold over a month back and proved it with many screenshots. Its obvious the other party hasn't received their money back because the dispute is on hold. I'm not even sure if they care because they look like a big trader and they have their gold so scamming payment back is only a bonus to them.

    I'm the one stuck with no rsgp and no pay.

    Yeah.. PA is a shady and horrible company to deal with. I had my problems with them before. Horrid support as well, always asking you to transfer and talk to another person. You can always file a complained against them through BBB or any other websites.

    Can the BBB do anything? Will PA handle it properly if I say I will make a complaint

    The dispute went back on track and once again been over 48 hours and no reply from buyer or PA. I'm obviously in the right and they just won't accept it.

    After a live chat they said they'd email me within the day which they didn't. I can understand its the weekend but they made a gesture and broke it.
