You still have a chance to sell the accounts but don't expect a very high price.

 

Since it is a low level account he won't have much problem selling them.

The first one possibly, the second one not so much.
I see f2p pkers being sold once in a while but it is pretty uncommon though.
besides, with 80 strength, it is not going to be sold for a lot.

Well of course this is just an example, I'll make them with 99 strength. The accounts are all going to be fresh, with basically no info.. A couple of your posts weren't even on topic, just telling me I had to be trusted.
