    pllaning to buy an account but not sure if it can be recovered or not ...

    email no longer registered
    no recoveries


    any possibilities it can be recovered?

    I don't trade in the account section for this reason - you never know if your account will be recovered. The ONLY and I mean ONLY way I buy accounts is if an OMM is used and the account passes a recovery test.

    recovery of an account ?
    The MM can try and recover it. But with no emails registered and no recovery questions it won't be likely that it can be recovered but IT'S possible.
