jcoins. im -150 jcoins. fml?

What can i do ? i need to buy jcoins to repay them? i dont get it! why..? why do i owe them 150 jcoins before i can buy members again. somebody hellp!

 

Im guessing you bought an upgrade from here. This means that upgrade was found to be stolen or called back. That left you with a debt to jagex on your account. 200 jcoins cost $20 so you owe $15. Go to "account upgrade" on the rs site and navigate until you find jcoins and pay your debt before you can use the account again.

 

Same thing happened to me. Logged in yesterday and my account was locked and in the negatives. I talked to the person that sold me the upgrade and he said I have to go to the store and buy an ultimate game card or something like that and then I can unlock it.... it blows

Yeah, that sucks that you got hacked, try contacting Jagex maybe?

u have to pay them more than you did in the beginning it pissed me off..

It's because you were fucked over by your upgrade. Whoever sold you the upgrade reversed the payment, making you go into negative credit. It's basically a scam.

You need to buy a card or send the money by mail. (Any PayByCash options work)
