New ban appeal process

I just pulled up the ban appeal page and it took me to my account management page instead of the old ban appeal page. It says "appealable" next to the macro major ban. On my OG account, I did the I'm sorry and want another chance option. On my account I used after that, I clicked on the "somehow else had my account" option, but before I submitted it, this one has a note at the bottom that you risk having your account locked.

Is there any new best way to appeal a macro major from a couple years ago, and should I type anything into the comments box?

 

How long have you been waiting to hear back? I really hope it doesn't lock you out of more ban appeal attempts. I have one that's been banned for about 5 months. I didn't submit that one yet. My other two were about 2 1/2 years and just over 2 years. I submitted both of those earlier today.

 

So you're saying that if the appeal does not go through, the account gets locked, and you cannot appeal again? @lazerlyss

 

I submitted an appeal 4 days ago and it still says Appeal Pending. Does anyone know if that's normal or are they just not going to respond to the appeal?

I appealed one of my accs and apologized. Made up a text and it got accepted

Was a 3 month old macro ban

 

How long did it take you to get a response and was it your first time appealing?

 

First time and within 24 hrs

Ps: the response time can take up to 10 days

 

for anyone wondering after around 5 days I got unbanned for macroing. It was a 9 month old ban so if you have any banned accounts you want back now is a good time

Its just luck, not everyone will get an unban. I know many who got denied

 

Try the regretting way, say you regret it hard and beg for a chance, and say you read the rules carefully, that worked for me lol

 

What timeline from submission? I'd appealed a few using the previous appeal method but just submitted from account center. Been about a week with no response.

 

Weekends you wont get response. Wait for monday, tuesday etc

 

In the past I’ve always received responses on mondays. I’m hoping tomorrow is the lucky day.
