Check his profile, I could swear i seen that account being sold like 2 weeks ago, i d say to track his ip just to confirm

he has one profile, and shows another sythe profile, probably sharing 2 sythe accounts

 

There's no IP match to any other account, so we'll need some sort of evidence from you (or others) to issue a ban.
