World Switching client

[xDarklordx]

I've made a basic place which has links to all the worlds, which open in a new window.
It's a basic 'find-your-world-switcher'.

I was wondering how I can get it to be somewhat like EliteSwitch or SwiftSwitch where I can have a link to other worlds on the left or right hand side.

Thanks.
If there are lines of code to add in, i'll greatly take them provided they work.
