World Switching client

I've made a basic place which has links to all the worlds, which open in a new window.
It's a basic 'find-your-world-switcher'.

I was wondering how I can get it to be somewhat like EliteSwitch or SwiftSwitch where I can have a link to other worlds on the left or right hand side.
