Can I still receive Paypal payments with disputes open?

I have 2 disputes open against me, due to fraudulent buyers claiming 'unauthorized transaction'

I'm just wondering if I can continue selling and receive more payments while they're open.

 

No you cannot continue to get Pay Pal transactions until you have cleared those disputes up buy you having dispute open your Pay Pal account is probably limited meaning you can't send or receive money nor change any profile details good luck with your dispute man

 

I believe you may still be able to receive payments, but you will not be able to xfer to your bank or spend via paypal business card.

 

depends on the type of dispute it is, i currently have open dispute and i can still send and recieve money.

 

thats not the right section for ur question... for unathorized claims u just need luck...
if he didn't used VPN,proxy or different ip, and not claiming that his brother or someone else of his family used his paypal to pay something u will win the dispute...

 

I have already reported that the thread be moved to the support section but you can also find more detailed by going to www.paypal.com if you have disputes open that make your Pay Pal become limited in which I believe your Pay Pal should be because you said fraudulent activities therefore you will not be able to spend or receive money

 

I've once had ONE dispute open for an "unauthorized transaction".
PayPal then put some sort of restriction on my account limiting the tools I was able to use (e.g. transfer to bank, sending money). I was only allowed to receive payments.

PayPal then removed this restriction after like 2 months. If this has not yet happened to you, then you're fine till PayPal does indeed take action on your account.

 

I had it so I could only recieve payments, even when I'd got back into positive credit until I verified it. Sucked :/
However, different disputes take different action, that was an unauthorised payment.
