Fastest NMZ training?

So I'm currently sitting at 80 attack, defense, and strength.

What's the fast way to get base 99's (atk/def/str) from NMZ. Dharoking or just shared exp whipping with max +str bonus?

 

I would do shared XP with a max strength setup for the fastest experience per hour all around.

Alternatively, you could use a prayer / strength set up for more afk ability

 

So if you wanna max your account shared exp is the fastest compared to dharoking with protection pots for each 99 (strength first)?

 

I recommend the full dharoks rock cake method with +str bonus items such as barrows gloves, I got over 115k+ xp/hour using this method.

 

So you're saying getting 115k XP/hour but doing each skill one by one is faster than getting whatever exp/hr whip is but with all skills at once?

 

Sorry I didn't point that out, I only was training strength and got those rates, I'm not sure how shared xp work would, but you might as well give it a shot, it might have pretty good rates!

 

And I'm not sure which is faster, doing all skills vs one, but I can tell you I could get up to 500k xp a day if I was going at it hard.

 

I would get 90 str first with saradomin sword. Then 90 attack with whip then 99 str with ss and then 99 atk with whip and then finish defence off.

 

most people say dharoks is not actually efficient until you're 90+ hp. so maybe take that into consideration

Note that from a statistics point of view shared exp is always worse than training the skill individually.
Person A trains with shared, person B trains individually.

Person A is 1/3rd done to get a level
Person B got an Attack/Str level (DPS increase)

Person A is 2/3rd done to get levels
Person B got a str/atk level (DPS increase)

Person A levels ATK STR and DEF
Person B levels DEF and is now on equal foot with person A
